Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Erections Unlimited LLC, doing business as Complete Consulting ("we", "us"), the seller of The Agent Stack. By buying, accessing or using The Agent Stack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use it.

1. What The Agent Stack is

The Agent Stack is a digital toolkit for real estate agents. It includes:

Instructions and files you set up in your own AI account, such as a Claude account from Anthropic
One AI visibility audit that we run for you. We ask third-party AI tools questions a client might ask about agents in your community, and we report the answers they gave on that day
A written report, a 90-day plan, and drafts you review and publish yourself
Any bonus files we include with your purchase

The Agent Stack is not a done-for-you service. We do not log in to your accounts. We do not post, publish or change anything on your behalf.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are buying for use in your business.

3. Your license

When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Agent Stack for your own real estate business.

One purchase covers one agent.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, republish or give away the files, prompts or instructions, including to your team or brokerage.
You own the content you create with it, such as posts and profile text.
We own The Agent Stack itself, including its files, prompts, instructions, report design and website.

4. Payment and refunds

The Agent Stack is $297, paid once, through Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to your payment.
Access is delivered right after you pay. Because the files are digital and delivered at once, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
One AI visibility report per purchase. Your purchase includes one run of the audit and the one report it produces. If a run fails on our side we run it again at no charge; a second report because you would like another look is not included.
This does not limit any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

5. The optional Monitor subscription

The Monitor is a separate, optional subscription. The Agent Stack works without it.

Price: $29 a month, charged to your card on file.
Renewal: it renews every month at $29 until you cancel. You are charged on the same day each month.
Cancel anytime, online: use the "Manage or cancel your Monitor" link on your Agent Stack page. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you will not be charged again. Your Monitor stays on until the end of the month you already paid for. You can also write to completeconsultingca@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.
No partial refunds for a month already charged.
What it does: it reruns your audit about once a month and reports what changed. Your first Monitor report arrives about a month after you start it.
Price changes: we will email you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before a new price takes effect. You can cancel before then.

6. No guarantee of results

Nobody controls what AI tools say, and neither do we.

We do not promise that any AI tool will name you, recommend you or rank you.
We do not promise more leads, clients, listings, closings or income.
Audit results show what the AI tools answered on the day we checked. Those answers change often, and the same question can get a different answer.
The audit is a measurement, not a promise.

7. AI output can be wrong

The Agent Stack runs on third-party AI tools. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Read and check everything before you use or publish it.
You are responsible for every word you publish, send or post, even if an AI tool wrote the first draft.

8. Your accounts and third-party services

The Agent Stack works inside services we do not own or control, such as Anthropic's Claude, the AI assistants our audit queries, Google, LinkedIn and Stripe.

You are responsible for your own accounts on those services, their fees, their terms and their rules.
Anything you type, paste or run inside your own AI account is between you and that provider. We cannot see it, and we are not responsible for it or for how that provider stores or uses it.
We are not responsible if a third-party service changes, limits, suspends or shuts down a feature, a plan or your account.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or LinkedIn. Their names are used only to describe what the toolkit works with.

9. Your professional duties

You are a licensed professional, and the rules of your license stay with you.

You are responsible for following your license law, your brokerage's policies, advertising and disclosure rules, fair housing law, and the rules of every platform you post on.
Have your brokerage review anything it requires you to have reviewed.
Nothing in The Agent Stack is legal, tax, financial or brokerage advice.

10. Information you give us

You own the information you give us, such as your Stack File. You let us store and use it only to deliver The Agent Stack and the Monitor, including sending the details the audit needs to third-party AI services. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

11. Acceptable use

Do not:

Copy, resell or share The Agent Stack
Try to access another buyer's page, files or report
Interfere with, scrape or overload the website
Use The Agent Stack to make false, misleading or unlawful claims, or to post fake reviews

We may end your access if you break these terms, without a refund.

12. Changes to The Agent Stack

We may update, improve or remove parts of The Agent Stack. If we remove something core to what you bought, we will offer a reasonable replacement.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Agent Stack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the website or the audit will always be available or error free.

14. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost clients, lost data, or harm to your reputation.
Our total liability for any claim about The Agent Stack or the Monitor is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This section does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, that come from:

What you publish, send or post
Your use of your own third-party accounts
Your breaking these terms, the law, or your brokerage's rules

16. Governing law and disputes

California law governs these terms.
Please contact us first at completeconsultingca@gmail.com. Most issues can be settled that way.
Any dispute that is not settled goes to the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, or to small claims court where it qualifies.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using The Agent Stack after that, the new terms apply. Changes do not apply to a dispute that arose before the change.

19. General

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up.
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about The Agent Stack.

20. Cancellations and data requests

Both go to one address: completeconsultingca@gmail.com. Write from the email you paid with. We cancel a Monitor the day we read it, and we answer a request to see, correct or delete your information within 30 days.
