Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Erections Unlimited LLC, doing business as Complete Consulting ("we") collects on joinagentstack.com, why, and who we share it with.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run The Agent Stack:

• HubSpot, for waitlist emails
• Resend, which sends the email that carries your private link, and the confirmation if you start a Monitor
• Stripe, for payments and the Monitor subscription
• Netlify, which hosts the website and stores your Stack File and report
• OpenAI and Google, which receive the details your audit questions need, such as your name, community and services, so they can answer them
• Google Fonts, which loads the site's fonts and can see your IP address

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We do not use a chat or direct message automation tool on this site. Nothing from a social media inbox reaches our servers or our records.

What we do not do

• No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics scripts on joinagentstack.com.
• We cannot see anything you type into your own Claude or other AI account. That is covered by that provider's privacy policy.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so we do not change anything when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We do not allow third parties to track you across sites through joinagentstack.com.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Clear your Stack File with the Clear button on your Agent Stack page.
• See, correct or delete your information by emailing completeconsultingca@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. The same address cancels a Monitor.

How long we keep it

• Stack File and project setup: until you clear it or ask us to delete it.
• Reports and audit records: while your purchase or Monitor is active, and until you ask us to delete them.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Waitlist name and email: in HubSpot until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
• The record that your link was emailed: 90 days. It holds no address and no message.
• Renewal consent, if you start a Monitor: kept with your Monitor record for at least three years, or one year after it ends, whichever is longer.
• Our website logs: at least 24 hours, and up to 7 days, at Netlify. They record outcomes and counts, never your name or your email.

What OpenAI and Google keep

Your audit sends your name, your community and the services you named to OpenAI and to Google, which answer the questions. Neither of them uses what we send to train their models: that is the paid setting on both, and it is what their terms say. Both keep what we send for a limited time for abuse monitoring and legal reasons, which OpenAI states as up to 30 days. We ask both of them not to store the answers beyond that.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and private links for each buyer. No website is perfectly secure. Keep your Agent Stack link private, since anyone with the link can open your page.

Children

The Agent Stack is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post it here with a new effective date.
